Auto to 5 speed tranny swap...

WSUP everyone, new to this site. I'm finally getting a tranny swap auto- 5spd and need opinions on a clutch among other things. I was quoted 2K for the tranny and install- its off of a 96 H23A w/50K miles. 2nd I had a few people suggest that I go with a Clutch Masters stage 3 clutch also a Fidanza lightened flywheel. Is the FW worth it? I know I need a new clutch, but will a FW really give that much gain for an extra $450-$500? Someone also suggested to just have the stock flywheel resurfaced and balanced instead. Any pros or cons?
Currently I'm running I/H/E cam gears, pulleys, FPR, and 55 shot of nitrous with plans of upgrading my ignition and going to a 75 shot. Is the CM stage 3 a good clutch for my setup? I'm not really looking for harsh shifting and want a steetable clutch. Thanks for any and all opinions,
Phil

The stage 3 is good for an all around street/strip clutch. The flywheel is definitely worth it, and you should also go with an LSD while you are at it. It will save you money in the long run if you are planning on doing it sometime soon.

The Auto is holding up great no problems yet I was hoping to run the car at the track this past Saturday to see the difference before the swap, but it rained. I'm on my 2nd bottle so and mu auto only has 43K miles.

Not sure how much the shop is getting it for. If I could do it myself I would , but some things are better left to the professionals. I can't risk damaging the car, I did it once already and after that I wanted to just get rid of it, I was so pissed about it . Well its pretty much too late now, already put a 1K deposit down on it.
Oh well this will probably be the single best mod I can do to the car besides nitrous.
