hmm, I thought so too at first, but then I figured it was a reflection. After all, it's pretty stupid to say "brand new, never installed" and sell something for that much with a cosmetic defect, when the whole idea of the product is cosmetically-based.

To others:
About the cost...don't complain. If it's authentic spoon, as it appears, it's worth that & more. Most of us have been looking for this lip for YEARS. Had Joel not made a replica, I would spend up to $750 for this piece...and I know a few others who would have raced me there for it, and might have paid more.
