Apexi WS scrapes?

i've been reading some car reviews on carreview.com....most reviews say that if their car was lowered any, the midpipe where it hangs quite low seems to scrape on some things...anyone else have a WS exhaust with a lowered car? what condition is it in now?? i plan on lowering my car and i don't wanna worry about that part of my exhaust always scraping...would i be able to modify it somehow or ask the performance shop to modify it?

You can always just get a modified mid pipe; that's what I'm gonna do.
