If anything, you'll lose a little LOW end, not top end.

I didn't feel any loss. Felt smoother throughout, maybe a bit better on top end.

if u read the description for the WS exhaust from Apexi's website they explain that the WS is geared for lower end power. I noticed more low-mid range power gain over my old exhaust set-up (muffler and 2.25 piping). I highly reccomend it if u want performace gains, great sound (or lack of), and lots of compliments of how it looks

Yummy

I just got my WS put on the other day along with a a DC CC header and i noticed a gain in mid and upper range power. It is definately not loud but it sounds reall good with a header and intake.

Were you commenting on my car in that pic? i think its very smooth because no wing really lets the car's curves be noticed more without a distraction from the spoiler. but either way, i love preludes reguardless if it was a wing or not

I disagree but its not the topic of the thread anyway.
A exhaust isn't going to do much preformance wise on a prelude so just get something you think looks and sounds nice.

why do people spend so much on exhausts then? i dont get it, why would you spend all this money for an exhaust if it didnt really do anything on a prelude?

cause a good custom set-up costs about the same as a good catback and customs generally sound like ass and are too loud.

WS is a nice piece, but it's not straight through. that's how you get the lower end

actually click the link, that's straight. of course there is a baffle their though, but i don't think it's as restrictive as people may think.
