Nope.. thats what it's called a catback its after the cat..

Yea, that was my initial thought but then I guess I over thought it and it seemed possible that cat back could include the cat, considering the ~ $400 for the system a cat should be included!

A OEM cat runs over 700 I think. A high quality exhaust is worth it. Just be happy it's not the price a meugen exhaust at around 1000.
