anythign else need to be done?...obd2 to obd1

have a 96 prelude.

put a obd1 engine and wire harness.

have p13 ecu and conversion harness.

have the obd1 "8 wire" distributor.

question is: what to do about the extra plug next to the blue plug on the firewall side of the harness?

do i need to re-pin anything?

if so which wires do i need to move?

been orkin on her for bout a year now and still nothing.
