Does anyone know where I can get it? Do any shops have them? Can anyone get them even though they are no longer made? ....

I think they are too rare to get a quanitity, if even one. The 5th gen guys tried getting one made (C's never made a 5g shifter) and I think they need 25 orders or something and I dont think it ever went through.
