Anyone have h23 regrinds (Cams)

Just wondering who here has aftermarket h23 cams. Please post the kind you have, specs if you have them (i.e. lift, duration, etc), gains, other stuff like powerrange, idle/streetability and so forth.

Don't regrids just allow the cam to sit lower?

With regrinds the base-circle is reduced so lift and duration can be "restored".

BTW if you go with a regrind I found out the hard way that you need to have your keepers machined to fit a higher lift. That was the reason my valve seals were getting bea to sh**.

Good luck
