Kinda funny, looks almost just like the one I designed 3 years ago, except mine had a place to connect your 5 point harness to it and it was made out of 4130 chrome moly, Keep in mind that if you are using your stock seats that they will not recline at all.

No it uses the bolts for your rear seatbelts... THe reason they are marketing that is because of me. I test fitted my friends civic bar and it fit with zero modification. The only downside is you have to remove your entire rear interior to install it, but you could put it backin after you were done. I have pictures on my digital camera at home, ill try and go home this weekend and find it. But i wouldnt suggest buying it, for 135 dollars it isnt worth it. Stiffening up a part of a car that doesnt flex doesnt make much sense. When you see your prelude with nothing in the back you realize that honda did a damn good job stiffening up the rear from the factory.

I second that, unlike civics where you fold down the rear seats and there is nothing the prelude has a diagonal peice a metal and surrounding sheetmetal.. all very stiff

I took all that metal out (all the bolted in stuff) during what I refer to as stage 17 weight reduction, and I noticed a HUGE difference. It's all there for a reason and I don't think you can improve on it much.
