Anyone that has removed P/S please help me out

Hey,
I removed my P/S system while my engine is out, and I was wondering what you guys did about the valve that all the pipes lead to. Can it be removed, or do I need to plug all the pip holes and leave it on or what?
Thanks guys,

By the way here is a pic of the thing I am talking about:
