Anyone ever installed an Aero Magic Lip?

I just got this lip the other day and got it painted, however when I try to put it on it won't fit properly. However, it looks like it'll fit after I do some adjustments, but I was wondering if anyone that has done it has some tips. Thanks.

I have one on my car - but no big deal to install - I started with the centre bolt, making hand tight, then the end bolt on each side, then the corner bolts, then the rest.

Good luck!

BTW, how much did it cost you shipped?

Believe it or not, it costed me $167 shipped. Did you have a problem where one edge would fit properly but the other edge would stick out a little? I'm going to try to do what you did, maybe it'll work. The holes aren't even pre-drilled, haha. Would it be a good idea to be bending the lip inwards to make it fit? Thanks for your advice, I'll let you know how it goes!

That's a bargain - is it an original Aero Magic or a replica? Was it shipped from Japan or somewhere else? I may need to get me a nother one in the future at that price!

I didn't have this problem, and I'm surprised the holes are not pre-drilled! If you try like I said, you should be able to bend the lip as necessary after you hand tighten each bolt - just don't over do it!

Good luck, Chris

Yeah, I was probably just putting it on wrong. I'm going to figure it out with my friend on Sunday. I bought it on Ebay... some guy was selling it dirt cheap and i immediately bought it. I think it's a replica since it's made of Fiberglass, but hey it's still a rare lip =)

I'll definetly try what you said and hopefully it'll come out well.

PS, anymore pictures of your car?? I would love to see how it looks on your car. =)
