Anybody wired a tweeter fog switch into a 94-96?

Anything's possible, you can just run wires up there from the harness under the console. Why waste your money on that when you already have a switch?

i have, but fair warning, its a MAJOR pita... i wanted it to function exactly like stock, but i had the wiring harness in there for my EL gauge conversion. so i retrofitted the wires from the 93 harness back into the 94+ harness. like i said, MAJOR pita but for me, i wanna do it right or not at all..

Well, like I posted, I found out I didn't get a 4th gen switch at all. It really sucks, b/c I paid passwordjdm.com 50 bucks for a switch they told me was 4th gen. After looking on hondaautomotiveparts.co, it doesn't match a civic, accord, odessey, pilot, or anything, but it's DEFINATELY a Honda switch. I even asked the guy if I could compare it to the slot size in my car. It matched...so I thought I was okay. Now, there's only one way to tell if it fits--take the console off. BUT, it's a 5-pin connector, and I don't know what the console connector is.

Man, this sucks,
J

if it is a 5 pin switch then it is a 4th gen prelude JDM switch, it lights up unlike the USDM one. The reason you cant find it on hondaautomotiveparts.com is because its a USDM site not JDM

my JDM switch at night

Oh and BTW.... congrats on yer JDM fogs

^^^Thanks, dawg. My switch goes like this. It's wider than the pics of the switches I've seen so far, and has no little 2-3mm surrounding piece. What's different w/ my switch is that it's not like the hazard, in that it doesn't just push straight down. It hinges, and has little ridges where you push down on. It has the same light up bar and lit diagram of the fog picture. I'm VERY curious as to where this switch actually came from.
