Is it really worth it to add this suspension mod to our rides? I have the front strut tower bar, and f&r sway bars, on top of the obvious struts & springs, but I'm wondering if this is worthwile to do. Anybody know?

if you have the sway bars, you won't feel the strut bars - i do know. i have all 3 now: f & r strut bar & rear lower tie. the lower has no merit at all,(other than letting people know, "hey, this girl knows her sh*t!") the front had the most affect. the rear, i can tell when it's not on, but not by much!
Sweet, so you honestly don't think the lower tie is worth it? It DOES look cool, but is that about all it's worth?

The rear sway bar is one of the most noticable suspension mods you can do. (assuming you know how to DRIVE your car. ) Depending on the brand, they are usually stepped up in thickness from the factory spec, which promotes oversteer. If you are not going to be railing through turns however, spend your money elsewhere.
The front makes the most difference , but the rear you can barely tell, I really dont think that the rear lower makes mch difference but it look good from undr the car. But if you have a good spring and shock setup your car will handle will handle great

um...they're talking about the lower tie bar, not the sway bar...I'm not positive, but I don't think anyone makes aftermarket sway bars for the 4th Gen.

Lets get this figured out.. a lower tie bar, also reffered to as an anti-roll or sway bar helps reduce body roll and improve weight transfer. I know neuspeed and suspension techniques make lower bars for our cars.
An upper tie bar, or strut tower brace are used mainly to reduce turn in, or the problem associated with frame twist, for more responsive steering.
i think you can get either neuspeed or suspension techniques sway bars for our 4th gens. sway bars are not the same as tie bars, they just replace stock sway bars with a more beefy construction
dc sports makes a rear lower tie bar and this is the most common rear lower bar.
rear upper strut bars are made by several companies...spoon, cusco...etc.

oh, so there is an actual lower rear tie bar that is not a sway bar?
I guess this is where I was confused.
Thanks for pointing this out, I was never aware of a rear lower tie bar. Can you provide any articles or info about them? I am curious as to how they would mount

Neuspeed & Suspension Techniques make them ... Neuspeed's old 28mm swaybars are no longer in production, and I found out why, the hard way
