Any way to remove sunroof if it doesnt move??

Hey guys. My moonroof has been hung up since the summer now.. I know how to remove the sunroof, but in order to do so, it needs to slide back 1/4 of the way right? Before i tear the headliners apart, is there anyway to remove it if it simply doesnt move? I know somethin is stuck in the tracks, which is why it wont move.... but theres not enough movement from it to get anything in there to move it. TIA

Behind the headliner there is a black plastic cover that covers the rest of the roof. You will notice a small little rubber gromet in the center behind the 3rd rear break light (if you have one). Pull the gromet out and u will notice a hex shaped hole. In your honda tool kit (crowbar and hook, there should be a 3rd tool its rather thin but looks like a Z or S which ever way u want to look at it. One end of the tool should have that hex shape, stick it in the hole inside the car and crank away. That is the tool to MANUALLY open and close the roof.

my sunroof has been hangin up on something as well, since about summer time too. when it wont go any further i push up on it a little in the back, and i dont hold the button down the entire time im doing it. [worried about burning it up quick]
