Any interest in custom enclosures?

I posted this in the Audio forum, but I thought a lot of 4th gen folks might be interested and never frequent that forum. If the mods think this is an inappropiate place for this, lock/delete at your discression! -Tim

I have a custom, fiberglassed, spare-tire enclosure that I took out of my trunk FOR SALE. I cost me 500 bucks to get it done, so make me an offer. Yes, it has obviously been used for about a year, and is in great shape. No, I won't sell it for 50 bucks, either. Lemme know...

Well I am interested in a custom enclosure, but one A little different then that one..

Ever seen the enclosure that goes INTO the cabin? I saw that someone had installed it underneath each rear quarter panel window....

I guess its kinda IN the rear fender well if you think about it... does this makes sense.. i mean I KNOW i have seen it..

I think I know what you are talking about. . .let me look some stuff up.

Like this?:

That is in a 3rd gen prelude. . .you could probably do the same in a 4th gen. There is a write up in the resources page on hp.com. That is something that has to be built IN the car. . .not like I could make you one and then ship it.

I realized that its not something that can be fabbed out of the car....

Its just that I had totally forgot about that install, and was wondering where I could find it again.. thanks for pointing it out to me though!!

in the same spot on the passenger side is the ABS ECU. Just something to consider.

I want to make my own box, but it is still sub freezing ober here, and I have to do it outside.

Good thing you don't have to deal with snow.
