how do you remove the top bolt on the cat. converter when installing a cat-back system? i've been able to get my muffler off, 1 bolt off the cat. converter, and 1 bolt off of the cat. converter heat shield. i've wd40'd the crap out of all of them, and managed to pull every muscle from my waist up trying to get those bolts off.
