Its a voltage regulator... Hyper makes one too... but whether it actually improves performance is beyond me.

Looks just like a capacitor to me. Car audio has been using these for a while now. I guess someone got smart and decided to market it with a different name and make some money.

home depot makes the best ground wires. get some nice 8 gauge gold wires from them and you are set. ground wires wont add power, maybe electrical power but not performance power.
if you want to strettttttttch it out i would say that better ground will give the electrical system less resistance making the altinator output less, making less drain from the engine to spin the altinator and induce ac current. i dont believe that but if you are looking for an excuse to use them, read it and live by it i guess.
yeah i dunno about this stuff, aside from coil-on-plug ignition, the ignition on our system is about as modernized and sophisticated as it can get, I really don't put much stock in all this stuff. Lol, my favorite product to laugh at are Nology hotwires ... bah!
