when i put on my heat, and i push the cold/hot knob all the way to the right, it wont stay all the way to the right. i will push it all the way to the right, but when i let go, it goes a little bit to the left. its a few cm's away from the right. any way to fix this annoying thing?

There is a wire that attaches to that knob. Just follow the wire down. If you look below the dash on the passenger side you will see the wire attach to a clip. The clip holds the wire tight allowing it to move the hot/cold vent mechanism a specific distance. If in the past the wire had been removed it may not have been adjusted properly. Look closely at the wire to find the old clip indentions. Then adjust the wire so the indentions are under the clip. Its a pretty simple fix. Just mess around with it for awhile and youl get it.
