AMSOIL Manual Syncromesh Tranny Fluid

I went to pick up my calipers and rotors today for my SI to VTEC swap and saw this tranny oil. I picked up 2 quarts because i need to change the tranny fluid. Is this stuff safe to put in my tranny? I ran AMSOIL in the engine and couldnt pass this up.

Here is a link AMSOIL MTF

Thanks

I changed the fluid last night. At first impression shifting is much smoother and it seems the car thrusts forward more rather than "dipping". My only concern is that i was only able to get about 1.75 quarts in because the car was on ramps. I guess i need to climb under there when its flat and pump the rest in?
