am I getting screwed?

I just won a body kit off of ebay for my 94 lude (4 pc) and the guy is trying to charge me $196 for shipping from Lansdale. I've bought several body kits over the years and the most I have ever been charged was $150 for shipping from Cali to Kentucky.

well, that's about reasonable because he can't ship by UPS, he has to go w/ trucking company and they're expensive
