OMG you're selling?! Your prelude has always been my favorite, by far. Amazing piece you put together. Hopefully you'll find a really good owner - please don't sell it to some kid. I'd buy it if I had the money. And as for your price, I think it is very justified. Plus you had your engine rebuilt and resealed. I'd definitely hit it.

nice lude. I personally dont think you will get 7500, but hey it doesnt hurt to ask that. Plus you probably could with the right buyer, it just may take a while to find one.

I think $7500 is a good price to ask. I'd have to see interior pictures and stuff before I could say its justified though.

I have a buddy that might be in the market....I'm goin to call him now and tell him about it.

Yeah... I'm still in love with the Prelude, but I'm looking for something a little more practical. If I can sell the Prelude at a desired price range, I'm going to get a new Lexus IS300. If not, going to keep it for good. Can't expect to sell the car any easier with 300,000 miles by next year

As for the interior... this is pretti much it... two tone leather seats, silver inserts for center console, momo shift knob and hand brake, Apexi VTEC AFC...

I think 7500 is a great price with the stereo and everything... even if it does have 200k.... If I had the cash I would buy it from ya... I love the leather...

well... the price is negotiable... I've spent about $2000 in the past month rebuilding most of the engine, new tires, new rotors, new brakes, new paint job on the front lip, and new clear bra.

All in all, I know it doesnt really make much of a difference because the mileage is so high. It really will depend if the buyer is willing to buy a vehicle with that much mileage.

Thanks for the respones guys... I'll let the buyer decide whether the Prelude will be sold or not. Its not going to kill me if I don't get the IS. It would be nice.. but its not my #1 choice. Just what I can afford for the time being.

i think you're gonna be pressed hard to find a buyer for the car with that kind of mileage...no matter how much you fix it up. if i saw your car in an autotrader ad or something and i didn't know what you're car was like,i wouldn't think twice skipping over it (no offense). you're better off trying to get someone from PO.com to buy it since like others, you're car has always been a role model for mine .

none taken... when I first posted the car on craigslist, I received like 5 phone calls within a three hour period. As soon as I mentioned that it had over 250,000 miles... it's gone down to about a call a day =(

I have three people interested in seeing the car this weekend. Will have to see... I took the Prelude for a drive last night, and started realizing that I'm going to miss this car if it does get sold. So I guess either way, it wouldn't be a total loss if no one buys the car. I always did have the intention on keeping the Prelude forever... It's too bad I'm not able to keep the Prelude and the Integra as well as getting a new IS300

Not hard being that I drive the car atleast 100 miles to and from work everyday. In addition to the weekly visits to my 6 year girlfriend in Davis, Ca... thats another 240 miles there and back.

I have a few potential buyers though... one of which is a female elementary teacher

Dam...I'm going to miss the Prelude. =(
