I am looking to replace my radiator. I was thinking about an aluminum radiator. I notice there are one row and two row designs. Is getting an aluminum radiator worth the cost for a daily driver? One of my concerns is fitment. Has anyone had and trouble installing either the 1 or 2 row design? Is so what did you have to do? Are there brackets to mount my fans on or will in need to fabricate something for my fans?
PWR just made the radatiors for the fourth gen ludes, Im getting the first one off the line, they have a 40mm core I believe, Im expecting mine at the end of this week, they are ariving in the USA today or Wed. Ill let you know when I have one in my hands and post a pic.
I was looking at Radiator Express. I like the idea of either getting fans or being able to use my existing fans with out having to worry about fitment of the fans.
What did everyone pay for their radiator? Where fans extra charge?
Thanks for the help and the picture.
what about Fluidyne? I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone post about it in this thread, only because I hear of a lot of people who have it in place of their oem radiator. Can't remember if any of those people own Preludes, does Fluidyne even make one that'll fit a 4th gen?
As for the C&R, i got it from, crap, i cannot remember, it was one of our sponsers that is on longer with us. But i paid 360$ shipped. It came with the one fan, its a huge high flow fan, and its much thinner than the stockers, so i got alot more room in my engine bay. They make it in different colors and also with the AC fan.

Yup, checked out their website and it turns out they don't... kinda stupid, but oh well, aftermarket performance parts availability is still a helluva lot better for the 4th gen then my old carbureted 2nd gen lol, so I won't complain.
Originally posted by MidNKight-lude fludiyne makes one for the accord that can be mod to fit the 4th gen. i know cause my buddy has one. but it is money, i think i rather go with c&R
do you know exactly what needs to be modified to fit one in?
