Will a distributor from a F22 s engine fit onto a H23? The part number for the F22 is TD-59u and for the H23 it is TD-61u, But how much of a difference is it really?

yeah, I'd have to say no on that one...

think about it, DOHC versus SOHC- there's gonna be some difference in ignition with that drastic of difference in motors...

The F22 and H22 are very similar, though.

I know at least that the '91 Accord had an internal coil (like JDM H22's and I would assume H23's). If for no other reason, it would not work because of that.

Other than that, the interface looked the same to me (as the H22). I would bet it would fit mechanically, but that doesn't help you with the coil situation or connectors.
