All lights but no start!

I went out to start my car and got nothing but dash lights and the sound of the fuel pump! I can't do much now 'cause its 7:00 am and at work. Did a search but everyone is getting a crank or click, I'm not getting anything.

I would start with the battery. Have someone jump you, or take the battery out to get it checked. If the battery is good, move to the starter.

New battery even tried jump starting. Will try messing with the starter, and alarm that has starter kill!
