Air Conditioning Issues

Here's what I have:
Bone stock 96 Si with a 2.3

When I purchased her, the compressor was cracked.
Replaced compressor with a new one.
Replace dryer
Flushed lines and condenser
Pulled vacuum for about 8 hours.
Held vacuum overnight with no loss.
Added about 4oz of oil
Charged with a 19 oz can of r134 plain jane. I believe the specs are 22 oz.
Pressures are 45 psi and 250 psi at idle.
Both fans are running.

Now with this so far, I am only running about 70 degrees out the vents with a 95 degree outside air temp. The pressures *look* good, but I have a nasty feeling that I am going to have to replace the expansion valve.

Any ideas that I might be missing?

Thanks.
