we had a minor snowbank accident, during which the airbags deployed. I bought a used set from a junkyard from a '93 ( our car is a '96 VTEC). the airbags themselves fit just fine but it turns out that the "brain" is slightly different. the 93 has a second apparently unused plug and the plastic guides for the wiring harness are in slightly different locations. i can get the plug to go in, but the SRS light does not go out, and the check engine light also is on. if i connect to the original "brain", again the SRS light doesn't go out. What am I missing...is there another sensor somewhere (there was minor damage to the drivers side front bumper)? can the original brain be reset? what should i check next? help, i've got a bunch of money tied up in these parts, and i'm still out of luck with getting it to work.
