Aiming 4th gen fog lights

I've had my yellow fogs on for about a year now and although they look awesome they barely light up 2 feet in front of the car which ends up being a few inches visible from the inside. Tried new and old bulbs and still same brightness.

According to this there's a way to aim them:Accessories Installation Instructions

There's 3 screws that hold the fog light to the mounting bracket and 4 *dont know the name of those screws* that are smaller.
Which screw do you turn to aim them?

Theres 3 screws holding the fog light to the bracket. With the picture you provided there's a hole in the top right. Stick a philips screw driver in there there's an adjustment screw back there you turn to move it up and down.

ooooh, i know that hole well, always though it was just an empty hole, lol. Now I feel stupid. Let me go try it. Thanks man!

UPDATE: Yep it worked, thx.
Kind of hard to turn the screw with the fog lights mounted and even then you can only turn the screw so much before it basically stops turning. Also, the hole in the bezel where the fog light glass goes through not doesn't line up too well. There's a little gap at the bottom lol. I was only able to raise them a little bit. At least now they're both at the same level. I'll re adjust them tomorrow when it's not snowing and I can be 15 feet from a wall.

No, it's not just an HID kit, they're retrofitted mitsu. evo projectors with 6K bulbs, but my camera phone makes them look blue.
