After 2 years of having my lude, im finally getting a chance to upgrade :)
Got those in a couple days ago... Nuespeed Race springs...
Ordered bushing kits, motor mounts today.
Also gonna be ordering kyb agx adjustables on thursday.
Then I also ordered some new taillights awhile back, but I needed the white plastic tailight harness to house the bulbs... I had LED conversion in there before, that I did, but Im unsatisfied with it. Reason I need new harnesses, is I had to hack up the old harness, so I could fit the LED into the taillight. With the new ones I decided to clear them out, gonna do the right side tomorrow. Whole process didn't take very long. Couple hours to grind away the plastic reflectors, and take the headlight apart. Overall pretty happy with the job I did, no cracks or scratches.
Anyways just thought i'd share. Lots more to come in the very near future.
Heres what the old ones look like, reason im unsatisfied is, I could have done a better job I thought , all tho it was my first time on a project like this, problem being is that it got dusty inside the housing somehow, I guess I didnt' seal them back up properly, and since its a clear lense across the taillight you can see the dust build up.
As you can see, in the last picture, even tho its blury, wher the lights show the dust lights up on the lense, creating a ugly effect, they look nice when im cruising, but up close they look dirty.
Well as far as I can tell, the only problem with the KYBs is a drop over 1.5... Which the race springs are, that the KYBs in some cases, couldn't handle it for a long period of time...
What are some good shocks if you want to lower more then 1.5". I was gonna go with the same shocks but with H&R race springs but have heard it voids the warranty if you are lower then 1.5 on the agx's.

You just get a diffuser plate for florecent lighting and cut it to size. It's like 5 bucks for a 2'x4' sheet of the stuff and you an get it from any home improvement store.
