AEM V2

So who has the 5th gen V2 in their 4th gen? I am wondering if I should go with the AEM V2 or the Type-S.

there's a few threads comparing the Type-S intake to aftermarket ones like the AEM CAI and SRI. From what i kno, the v2, i don't really like the idea how it goes from this huge diameter back to a small tube. That's just me. From what i kno the type-s is better than stock comparable to the short ram. Basically type-s is quiet like stock but still gives u some increase. But with that u dont' get the mid-high end power from a cai.

the "5th gen" aem v2 is actually a 92 - 01 aem v2. i just bought one and it sends the instructions for both body styles. it fit in my 4th gen wonderfully. it has a noticeable improvement over my old aem cai.
