It comes with new belts, but mine didn't fit. The stock ones are too short.

The belts that came w/ my AEM kit worked fine, and are not giving me any problems. For the most part, the belts included will work. Sorry that yours didn't fit. Did AEM hook you up & apologize?

I think I live to far to claim the waranty. I've ordered it through the internet overseas to the Netherlands. I don't blame them or anything. Over here, it's still cheaper compared to the prices here, even when I had to buy new belts.
