AEM Fuel pressure recommendations?

I just wanted to get some feedback from people that have a 4th gens with adjustable fuel pressure regulators.

Here's what I've got:
95 Si - 5 spd

DC Sports header and cat-back exhaust
Holley/Airmass high-flow cat
AEM CAI, Pulleys, Fuel rail, and of course the Press. regulator.

50 shot of NOS

-----
I know it is running rich at the AEM default 38 psi. OE spec is 36, so I was planning to bring it back down to 36. Any suggestions to do otherwise?

thanks-

brad

no one can tell you what the optimum setting is, you need to have your car put on a dyno and have it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing. Rich is better than lean, but I'd get it tuned as soon as you can.
