Woah .... ok here's what I would do in your position.
Get the header (singular not plural) first.
Then, if you take off you front bumper cover, in the passenger side below the intake is a huge resonator, it restricts airflow. Pull that out and you'll get more air coming in, this should mate up to your header just fine and give you lots more pull.
I had a short ram intake and noticed very little difference in performance with my resonator removed.
That DC header is just about useless. If you are going to buy a header, you might as well save up to get one that will gain you some actual horsepower. The DC is almost identical to the stock header but "prettier."

+1 I found out the hard way DC header didn't even register on my butt dyno.
My personal fav bolt ons on my 5th gen, was AEM CAI, AEM underdrive, and Greddy PE.

If you have an H22, get a different front bumper. It'll add more hp than either of the two you are questioning.
