aem cold air intake...

i was wondering if a 5th gen aem cai would fit into my 94 prelude???

Yes but you have to carve out the hole a little bit down where the filter goes.

2.75 on 4th gen and 3 on fifth.

That is the only difference though? same shape, and same bends, but different diameters? shoot, i think i would rather have 3", and not to mention i always see 5th gen intakes...

So the only thing i would need to do to fit the 5th gen on is widen the hole that it goes through by the bumper? that shouldnt be too hard... i was worried about it fitting up to the THrottle body, but that is fine huh?

I thought the 5th gen CAI fit on the 4th gen, cause I think some people said that they used a 5th gen cause it was 1 piece and the 4th gen was 2 pieces, though now I think the 4th gen ones are now 1 piece too
