adjusting the rear camber with washers

i just bought my progress front camber kit from a shop here. and the owner of the shop said i can adjust my rear with just washers. i looked in the progress instructions and i see what bolts he's talking about. is this a good way to do it? or should i just get the ingalls rear. also in the instructions is says "after installation you must adjust the front and rear toe setting to factory specifications." what does this mean? whats toe

I have heard that this does not work with our cars but that you can do it with integras and civics.

how much do the ingals rear usually cost? anyone have a pic where the rear kit goes? and a pic of what it looks like?

I think they go about 80 bux per side. They replace the upper ball joints.

the rear kit for our preludes are they same as the fronts, you can only shim the civics and integs, cuz thier uppper arm mounts sideways to the body, thus the washers push it out further...this is also the reason our cars handle better, one of many..peace, also toe is if your looking down on your tires from above, whether they stick out or in..ie toeing out or toeing in...and actually toe has the greatest impact on tire wear..later
