Adjusting JDM One Pieces...

ok basically just look from the top down to the headlights. you will see 8 cogs, 2 per each bulb. take a long phillips number 2 head screwdriver and point the headlights (on of course) to a blank wall.

turn and you will easily find out which way it adjusts. one will adjust down/up and the other left/right

simple as that
