Adding coolant?

Hey, I need help locating the coolant levels. I opened the radiator cap and can see the fluid. I was wondering where the reservoir tank for it is though. I misplaced my manual.

My 94 Si overheated (not completely) yesterday while out of town. After it cooled I drove it back home from 55-65 mph with no problems.

I need help on what to check for what might have caused this.

Reservior is right next to the radiator. Possible causes: low coolant, bad temp switch, bad relay, bad fan motor, bad therostat, bad water pump.

I just checked and the reservoir looks pretty low. Do I add the coolant through the cap opening? That seems to be the only spot.

Sorry for all the questions.

Yes. Don't fill it all the way up though
