About to have my timing belt change , what else ?

The previous owner said he changed the timing belt backyard of his house with couple friends 5 months ago with no paperwork or so , im thinking I should just change it anyway. What else do I need to change besides the water pump ? I heard something about auto-tensioner I dont know what that is. Someone make a list or something easier for me to understand thanks !

it's a good idea to change water pump, tensioners and all the other belts if you haven't done so

Most (or all) of your belts. The oil pump should get resealed. The timing belt system (at least on my F22A) is actually two belts, and the little one as well as the main one should get dealt with.

I think your talking about the balancer belt. If i was you id swap your auto tensioner for a manual one do a search and youll know why.

Yea, my auto tensioner just went out on my 94 JDM H22A. I ordered all the manual parts and will be doing that soon. Oh what fun this is going to be.
