? about centering rings.

My new wheels will be here in a couple of days, and I was wondering if I can use the current centering rings I have on the car now, that came with my Enkei's, or will I have to use a new set?

Thanks for the help!

A quality rim like Racing Hart should come with the hubcentric rings so you won't have to use the old ones from your Enkei's.

My Giovanna's came with all four rings so I don't think you'll have to worry about not getting them when dealing with Racing Hart.

The only reason I ask is because I'm afraid I won't be able to get the other hubcentric rings off. They look like they're on there pretty solid. I guess my question should have been.....will it be ok to use the ones I have on the car now with the new wheels?

Mark94....your wheels are tight!

Thanks!

If the Racing Harts come with new rings (which I'm positive they will), deifinitely use them. The rings on my old rims used to get stuck on the hubs, due to the heat but it isn't that bad to take them off. Just use a very small flathead screwdriver like the ones found in the eyeglass repair kits. I even saw a nice little 6 piece kit in a dollar store - three needle-like flatheads and three phillips for a buck. Just insert the tiny flathead between the hub and ring and pry towards you gently. Go around the entire ring until it becomes loose.

My old rings got stuck all the time, but the rings on my Giovanna's never get stuck. I'm sure Racing Harts won't get stuck either because of the quality.

Mark

I've got C3s and they came with 2 hubcentric rings. You put those two on the front wheels. Mine do get stuck on the hub, but like Mark said, a little bit of finesse with the screwdriver will get them off. Good choice in rims by the way.
