I don't think it'll work. First of all, I tried to install dc headers from an SH model lude to an SE lude and the SH headers were too long by about 3 inches. The bolted right up to the block but in the end...to long. The other thing is that if u check out the parts numbers of headers on the dc page, the 4th gens and 5th gens have different parts numbers as well. I'm sure that the downpipe will bolt right up to the primaries, but down under, it may be too long or too short...then again u can fix this by adding or cutting piping after the cat! Might be cheaper than buying a brand new down pipe. Hope this helps

Yah, man, it'll fit onto the primary tubes but u'll have to customize it to fit to the rest of the exhaust system. What's wrong anyway...to much bottoming out?

haha not that just doing a motor swap from an si car to a vtec and the pipings are different how hard would it be to get the downpipe from the 98 prelude to fit on my motor
