96 prelude owners i need help

i would like to know what's the code for your manual Vtec model ECU, P12 or P13?

Are you asking because you have an 96 OBD2 ECU? I know this code is out there on the web somewhere, I think you can search it here or on H-T.

I don't have a 96 model, but P12 is the ECU code for the S models. Vtecs are P13 & Si's are P14.

how do i differentiate a 96 vtec ECU from 5th gen ECU? they have immobilizer we don't

5g is P5M, 96 4g is still P13.
