95 wont Shift (video link) need help

Any suggestions? Its a 95 Si to JDM h22a1 Vtec swap w/around 90k on the drivetrain. I can rev shift it while I'm driving but sitting still it just grinds like that when I try to shift. The petal still has pressure and the shift fork on the slave cylinder is still moving in and out correctly as far as I can tell. Has the clutch just gone bad? If so will I need a new flywheel too or will it most likely be ok? Suggestions gogo! I can post other vids/pics too if necessary. Any help is much appreciated!

a look at the slave cylinder too:

First thing I would try is changing your clutch master cylinder...I had a similar issue with my type-s and from the info and advice I got, that is the best place to start.
