Do you mean the speaker cover in the middle divider? Or barrier on the inside of the trunk?

If you have the actual center speaker cover, it's an easy 15 minute install. You need to remove the back seats. The speaker cover sometimes can be found on ebay and comes in black, tan, gray etc. depending on your interior.

If you don't have the speaker cover, you will need to modify your existing cover buy either cutting it out and applying mesh or anything else you wanna do. This will take much longer of course and it all depends on how good you are with hands.

i have a panel that looks like it could be swapped out for a panel that holds a sub in my middle divider but ive never really tried messing with it. youre saying it wouldnt be like a simple swap tho?

does it look like this?

If yes, it will take you 10 minutes to swap it instead of your other one with no speaker mesh.

The fitment between the two covers is identical. If you wanna keep your solid cover you will need to cut the oval.

Do you have a dremel kit? do you feel like modifying your existing cover? I never seen it done, but if you proceed with this please make a DIY. It would be interesting to see how the screen and the mesh will be installed.

Another way is to wait until one pops up on ebay, but they can get pretty expensive and almost never sold separately without the speaker.

Do you have the actual sub woofer speaker?

i dont have enough trust in my own hands to do something like that myself. ive seen some in junkyards before but never in good contdition but i rather try putting one of those back together than cutting into my own back seat.
and i havnt bought the speaker until i find a way to get this to work
