94 vtec master brake cylinder - 46100-SM4-A04???

Hi folks,

Can someone help me out and confirm that the part number: 46100-SM4-A04 will work for my 94 vtec as a brake master cylinder?

I see that some sites state that the 46100-SM4-G54 is the correct model...can anyone confirm which one 100%?

Thanks

46100-SM4-G54 is the correct one, S models without ABS are different.

Sun dance,

OEM part number 46100-SM4-A04 applies to '94 Prelude S models.

46100-SM4-G54 applies to Si models. Hope this helps!

Ok got it

I was hoping they were interchangeable since I can get on brand new for $20. The SI one is over $140!

^The other one is cheaper because it's for a non ABS model, it won't work in your car.

installed new cylinder...life is good

So I actually picked up the part from Orielly's whereby the reman was $80 + core fee and a new one was $60!!! I don't get it, but I? bought the new one, installed it, made sure there was no air in the brakes and topped up my fluid...
