94 JDM in 91 Lude Si, SEVERE WIRING ISSUES!!!

Get this, wired in the motor, double checked the pins to the ECU, all mechanichal connections made correctly, and it's all screwed up. Connected the battery without the key in the ignition and the tach and speedo (Auto Meter) lit up. Put the key in and turned to accessory, pushed the clutch in and the starter engages without turning the key to start. Turn the ignition off and remove the key, Turned on the headlight switch and the starter engages (no key or clutch). Then nothing happens and the car is dead. Have a blown alternator fuse, starter fuse, and right headlight motor fuse. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, from your title, I figured you put a 4th gen car into a 3rd gen (which would be crazy) but alas you are only talking about the motor.

I find it weird that when you push the clutch in the car automatically starts. you obviously messed up the wiring even if you double checked it. i would research in the 3rd gen forum because most ppl in the 4th gen don't need to know ALL of the wiring pins on our ecu's. this is because most of us just had to wire in vtec and thats it, not pin out a whole different system.
