94-96 Center Console Question...

I was looking into getting a (94-96) center console for my 93 prelude. Here is what I found:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...ONSOLE+%283%29

Can someone please tell me what parts I am going to need?

You'll be better off going to a junk yard. Honda will charge you for individual parts=lame.

Oh... Well, I went to a Junkyard and I found a console but it was beat to crap. The cup hold assembly was gone and whatnot. BTW, will the 94-96 style even fit in the 93 prelude? Like, do the screw holes line up?

It will fit just fine but you'll need to move the ebrake and weld it in a different spot.

I wonder if that is going to be hard....

I'd like to buy the 94-96 style e-brake as well. It looks a lot nicer...

This will be the bear of the work you'll have to do. It'll be a nice conversion, though. Does anybody know where I could find a leather armrest?

Funny, I wish I had the earlier console. I like the cupholder but the ebrake kind of gets in the way.

Yes people have done this here and posted about it. Just try and search it out. I was going to do this myself as I have a 93 but I went for the 92 style console and I love the extra storage. I can't believe I lived without it for so long.
