as u see there is no relay in the list of items but if u go to the 94 its included in there plus the wire that runs to the fog light switch in the install instructions runs next to the hazard swich wich again is different for the center console on the 93 lude i guess i could just look my self but what about the relay
So where is the wire do i need a relay? does ne one know how to instal it on the 93?
Actuallu i went to the auto store was looin at relays and there was an APC "axilary light kit" it had no lights but had a switch wiring harnes and a relay, funny enough the relay was a perfect fit grooves the litle clip that clicks in place and all, im gonna salvage the wires to run the switch down next to the ebrake from the tweater area. but i will through away the sitch everything else i will salvage
Originally posted by yohan420 ^^ From what I recall as far as the relay, there is a part vor a civic or another vehicle that we can use to substitute ...
Can anybody clarify this? I'd like to install my fogs soon and have neither the switch nor relay ..
I can jimmy a switch and relay but would like to keep as plug and play as possible.
The guy I bought my fogs from included aftermarket (looked like procarparts.com) wiring, switch and relay. Looked like it could have been for the civic, and it was plug n play with the harness under the steering wheel. I just used a paperclip for the switch for now, until I can find a tweeter switch (probably never).

Can somebody give me a picture of what the relay is supposed to look like?
As far as the switch etc. I'm going to pull an accessory lead so the fog lights will go on with ignition as opposed to the headlights..
Good to know about the wiring kit from the part store.. can't wait to get these in.. Still have to deal with the rusted stuck bolts on the one fog light bracket I have.. gonna be pullin out the drill I think, i've been dousing them with Rust Releaser for too long with no result ..
don't buy the relay from honda, you can get it from practically any autoparts store, i picked on up at autozone for 4.99, just go to where the fog lights are, and they was only one type of relay when i looked, and it fit, and works great
Do we know what years/cars have this ??
And I assume they require fog lights in order to have it?
I will check the auto parts stores too ..
How about the plug for the fog light switch? .. does anybody know if its possible to get a plug that will fit in there so I dont have to cut stock wiring ??
I've got the fogs and the tweeter switch, but no relay. Well, actually, I have a Bosche 5 pin relay. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for how to hook up a non-oem relay to the brown harness under the steering column? Anyone have pinouts for that brown connector?

As to what year cars, i got mine out of an 92 acord so i asume 90-95 hondas, it doesnt matter if the car has fogs, just get the relay that has those numbers on it. Its the same relay as the fogs.

u have the tweeter switch do u have an Pic i would like to see what it looks like or could ya e-mail me a pic?
If anybody can post a pic of the harness' under the dash for the relay/switch that'd be awesome , 1992 preferred.. It took me half hour to find the relay among the wiring for my compustar .. I would take a pic but theres no way to make it visible .. but it has a white part, then the brown plug on it ..
the above relay is that big square clinky thing with 4 straight line outputs in it and plugs right in ..
