93 Prelude Wire Tuck Results - PICS!

So, since I have started working on this car, so many improvements can be made to it. So, cleaning up the motor area is important to me so here we go...

Here is what I started with:

Pic 1

Pic 2

From just looking at it I knew I needed new terminals, a new battery tie down (just needed some chrome to match the newly installed CAI), and some serious wire tuck work!

Here is a midpoint pic of my tuck:

Looking at the midpoint, I noticed a lot of work needed to be done. Removal of several brackets to really get it right.

Here is the final product:

Just some of the brackets that were removed. Lots of tape was removed and lots of screws too. Basically all of the wiring went underneath the fuse box and I did NOT have to extend any of the wires!

Some of the parts that were removed:

Nice, most people don't realize a tuck can be done without extending anything as I did it to my driver side area. Pics of bay with intake removed? Need to do that side for mine.

Thanks! I need to do the driver's side, but without deleting some vital components (power steering, cruise control, and A/C) I don't think it would make much of a difference. Do you have pics of your tuck on the driver's side? Thanks!

Also, I will take some pics of the bay with the intake removed so you can see the beauty underneath it all. I can't say the wires under the fuse box are all pretty, but at least those wires under the fuse box are not visible!

I actually removed cruise control and all those EGR components as I don't have EGR anymore, those 2 I think are really the best way to clean up that area. I've also seen people relocate the PS pump to the firewall which I may do sometime as my hoses are lookin a bit crusty.

Also, didn't remove CC just cause, removed it cause the actuator was shot and I never cared for CC anyway. There's still the 1 ABS plug over on the driver side but after repaint I'll probably remove ABS as the pump motor is shot and even with my discount for working at the dealer it's still way too expensive for a crappy 1st gen ABS system that still gives uneven braking when it does work.
