92 SI Hesitation, have searched, no solution

I have used the search pretty extensively but I still have not found the exact same problem as I am seeing right now. My 92 SI Manual, 210k miles with original h23 is hesitating off the line almost to the point of stalling (no check engine light). It seems worse when it is warmer or especially on a hill. I recently had a new timing belt, plugs, wires, distributor, fuel filter and have run numerous fuel injector cleaners in the tank. The car runs much better with the injector cleaner in but the next tank the problem is right back; due to the mileage I understand seafoam through the brake booster is not a great idea (do not try to turn this into a seafoam debate thread). No smoke or overheating... is it time for a h22a swap or does anyone else have any clues... or know of a good shop in Nashville, TN?
