'92 Prelude 4WS not working...NEED HELP PLEASE

I have a 1992 Honda Prelude 4WSi and the back wheels aren't turning. The 4ws problem light doesn't come on but I do have aftermarket wheels. I'm only a teenager so I don't want to pay a mechanic just to look. I really need some help I just want the 4ws to work.

Many thanks...

i have a 92 4WS prelude too and i have the same problem, my wheels dont turn in the back..
their is a local racer here with a 3rd gen lude with 4WS and my friend is trying to talk to him, he got a hold of him once and he said it may be something wrong with the computer, because the wheels in the back is computerized steering.
i also met a guy at a local skatepark here in charleston and he used to have a prelude with the same problem and IT WAS the comp in his, it ended up costing him $1500 to get it fixed
