I have already tried using the search function but came up empty handed with the answers i need

I bought a 92 lude si from my cousin for a good price and because it had the
h22a already installed but it has an auto trans. i bought a 93 5 spd lude for parts and got the car for 500 bucks.

I stripped out the nessicary parts for the swap that i was told by a local shop and now when i have the money to do the swap they no longer do these swaps because he claims they are too much of a pain. I originally planned to do the swap my self anyways but am curious with the difficulties i need to look out for or any tips at all that could help me plan out the swap....i have lift and tranny jack access as well.
